openarko Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-21
openarko is built on local-first architecture. This notice outlines data boundaries and handling in our developer preview.
1. Local Storage First
Source code, directory metadata, indexes, conversation history, and skill configurations remain stored on your local disk.
Removing a project from the workspace merely detaches it from the user interface; no disk files or records are deleted.
2. Third-Party Model Providers
When invoking AI conversation features, necessary context is transmitted to the model providers you have configured.
Such requests are subject to the respective third-party policies. Local storage does not imply inference requests stay on-device.
3. Authentication Data
When signing in with Google, we verify identity attributes (email, name, avatar) to validate private preview eligibility.
We never sell your data or access unshared private storage without authorization.
